Kay is survived by her husband, Arlyn; sons, Kevin Osborn and wife Teresa and Kraig Osborn and wife Ann, both of Cozad; daughter, Kim (Osborn) Armagost of Lincoln; grandchildren, Ryan Osborn of Denton, Colton Osborn and wife Stephanie, Cale Osborn and wife Ashley, Blake Osborn and Carrie Osborn, all of Cozad; 7 great-grandchildren, Ava, Zach, Cole, Ashton, Alec, Harper and Caine; nephews, Mike Sculley of North Platte, Bruce Osborn and wife Jean of Denver, CO, Dave Osborn of Grand Island, Terry Osborn of Lincoln; and numerous cousins and friends.

Kay Marie Osborn a lifetime Cozad resident passed away October 4, 2017 at Cozad Community Hospital, she was 77 years old.
While working in town, Kay continued to keep up with various tasks on the farm.
Kay loved to go fishing, playing the slots and watching her sons and grandsons race at the local track.
